Introduced to programming when he was 16, Shawn found a passion for front-end web design. After graduating with a BA in psychology from the University of Colorado, and spending 4 years providing professional real estate services, Shawn reignited his passion for logic and design by studying at Turning School of Software and Design.
Shawn is a front-end developer who specializes in Javascript and is experienced with coding in React. He excels in client-centered, fast-paced environments and is excited to utilize his past experience in management to help you realize your web design goals. Shawn believes in the benefits of creating a thriving working relationship where your visions are considered a priority as he guides you through result-driven decision-making.

Demetri has a passion for entrepreneurship, which has been fostered through a BA in social impact entrepreneurship, along with his family business residing in the heart of Boulder, which he now helps manage with an excellent and experienced team.
He enjoys working with individuals and teams, bringing a unique and holistic approach to every situation.
His BA in psychology and social entrepreneurship, along with an upbringing in mindfulness and education around Chinese five elements, led him to create the consulting firm Integrated Impact.
Demetri is trained in a wide range of process and project management techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile Scrum, to name a few. He leverages these more traditional methods in conjunction with regenerative, systems based approach and ancient wisdom for a robust, interdisciplinary offering.
